- Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region
- Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected
- Negotiates with retailers field managers about the best opportunities for our brands ( for retailers)
- Recruits, manages, develops and retains his direct team ( account executive, store & counter managers) on operational excellence and business performance
- Follows and Drives actions on Mystery shopper/ NPS results
- Ensures operational excellence
- Drives & Follows up on CRM data base
- Leads by example in service and sales
- Oversees BA and Store Managers population, coaching, educating motivating teams
- Monitors BA turn-over rate
