What will you do?
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for the following:
- Create policy playbook across functions with SoPs, as and when needed
- Co-build strategic Human Resources roadmap for the Philippines from 2022-2025
- Assist directly the HR General Manager for all regional visits in terms of planning and execution
Who are we looking for?
- A graduate with a degree in Psychology , Human Resources or equivalent;
- Good project management skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
- A true Team Player
- Curious to learn about the businesses, and their ways of working and develop a solid understanding of their challenges and use this information to design the HR offer
- A learner who keeps himself/herself abreast of the latest in HR to make the HR offer relevant and cutting-edge
- Process-driven and with excellent project and time management skills
