A Day in the life 

To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers appropriately balanced between brands to meet category and brand targets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement the GTM strategy for UAE/ROG by ead the translation and execution of the CBD strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets. Ensure the activation plan is appropriately balanced between brands to meet category and brand targets.
  • Lead the translation and execution of the CBD strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets: in collaboration with KAM, present to retailers our GTM strategy and support KAM with selling stories to commercially land activation plans.
  • Drive Retailer-Specific In store Fundamentals by adapting and executing the national category vision to the specific retailer – e.g. Share of Fixture, category and brand assortment and Planogram layout.
  • Own and consolidate the activation & Capex budgets in alignment with brands and follow up on trend submissions. Keep track of the spend during the year in cooperation with finance.
  • Review & Analyze promo performance and propose the most suitable promo strategy
  • Implement, monitor, and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
  • Recruit, develop and manage Trade Marketing team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in the Trade Marketing team. Currently managing a team of 4.
