Head of Advocacy within CDMO team is there to support divisions in ensuring we grow brand trust & legitimacy by turning consumers, pro’s, BAs, into brand advocates. The candidate does this by evaluating data of our influencer activities, sharing our learnings and setting clear procedures and guidelines to ensure maximum ROI. He/She drives an innovation roadmap to ensure we keep our leading position on influencer marketing and start turning our advocates into social sellers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, govern & evaluate our influencer activations (costs, performance, value matches & contracting) to ensure maximum ROI influencer spend
  • Drive adoption of Traackr and MIM and ensure all activities are properly tracked
  • Drive the implementation of new advocacy activities and platforms together with the division teams (e-BAs, FB groups, TikTok, livestreaming, etc.)
  • Co-drive the test & learn roadmap of social shopping together with the media, ecom and brand teams when related to influencers/prosumers/experts
  • Support in strategizing brand advocacy plans and ad-hoc sparring partner for SBMs on campaigns
  • Best practice sharing and upskilling
  • Drive multidivisional projects (Skincare Campus, Makeup Campus, OnefluenceAgency)
  • Co-ordinate Onefluence agency in terms of media amplification, ROI, ROAS as well as upskilling plans together with our Divisions

 

 Professional and technical competencies:

  • Advocacy strategies and tactics experience 5+ years
  • Analytics and performance evaluations
  • Tools (Traackr, DOMO, social listening)
  • Influencer/PR relationship management
  • Fluent Czech/ Slovak language
