HRIS Analyst

You will:

  • Daily monitoring of interfaces between Success Factors (SF) Platform and other key interfaces (Tamigo, OA Pass), liaising with the global team to ensure any data errors are investigated and reviewed.
  • Ensuring data quality across SF and performing regular audits and monitoring of SF platform performance (including integration's), escalating any technical issues where necessary.
  • Management of the HRIS mailbox and HR and employee queries
  • Raising tickets and liaising with the global team and WIPRO to fix any system issues
  • Assisting with change requests, which includes performing testing and creating and distributing any relevant communications for key users
  • Supporting on projects or systems and representing HRIS and offering expert advice
  • Support with training employees and HR on new process functionality
  • Responsible for running key reports for the business using Success Factors such as monthly new starters, leavers etc. and supporting the HR team with their reporting requirements
  • Ensuring all training materials and user guides are up to date and refreshed monthly

You have:

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, including deep experience in the module Employee Central and/or other SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience managing multiple systems and data frameworks to support system performance 
  • Experience of managing integrations and interfaces into other systems and how to troubleshoot and identify issues
  • Communicate on a technical and non-technical level with internal stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and able to analyse data sets and system structures 
  • Project, system and process change management
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, work well under pressure, take initiative, be flexible, handle highly confidential information appropriately, and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset that is able to evaluate and solve systematic pain points for the team
