KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon joining the company as an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to embark on your own project(s), gain practical knowledge and skills in Compensations & Benefits field through diverse daily tasks, including:  

• Support in organizing onboarding and offboarding. 
• Assistance in the implementation of the HR system
• Providing technical help in administering benefits
• Support with personnel records
• Preparation of documents
• Communication with suppliers and partners
• Fulfil all other tasks assigned by the manager

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

As part of our internship program, you will become part of the HR team responsible for Compensations & Benefits. You will work in an inspired team of experts who collaborate with all functions of the company and like to play board games.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• University degree (final year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Responsibility, ability to multitask.
• English Upper-Intermediate.
