Reporting to the HR Director of one of our Divisions, you will be responsible for supporting him/her in the HR management of the Division for the Sales perimeter and for one of the functions at the L'Oréal Italy level



- Collect and pro-actively manage the HR needs of the target population in accordance with business objectives

- Being People Champion towards employees, to ensure proximity and to manage their HR needs

- Coordinating selection activities with reference to open positions 

- Performance management and development of the reference population

- Supporting the HRD in the budget and trend management

- Supporting incentive processes

- Project management with reference to the target population

- HR analysis and metrics



With specific reference to the target population:

- Relationship and coordination with selected candidates, Managers and Personnel Administration for new hires and all contractual changes

- Management and monitoring of the sales incentive system

- On-boarding of new hires and drafting of induction plans in cooperation with the direct Manager

- Support in staff training activities with the Learning and Development team

- Management of labor law issues with the corporate team

- Follow-up of HR key indicators

- Support in managing organization projects for the perimeter of reference

- Guidance and support to managers for follow-up on the "Pulse" survey

- Organization Career Days and career plans

- Connection with international HR teams to implement strategy locally



At least 3 years working experience in HR in structured companies 

Excellent level of Italian and English language skills;

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills;

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Motivation, positivity, energy

Italian is mandatory
