We are looking for dynamic and passionate New Campus Project Manager to lead this thrilling adventure!


Contribute to improving the performance of the Research & Innovation division of L’Oreal by leading General Contractor, Architect, subcontractors during construction but also identify external vendors that offer quality services (maintenance, janitorial, logistics, mail, café, landscaping) to help building the future campus team in charge of operating the facility. Everything will be in full compliance with health, safety rules and sustainability policy.

  • Coordinate all the means (time, quality, costs, teams, service providers) necessary for the delivery of guaranteed quality workspaces
  • Organize, manage the entire building process and ensure cost compliance
  • Ensure the safety of all people and property
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the building equipment and its maintenance
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers, contracts and service providers
  • Imagine modern and innovative services and features to provide a great place to work
  • Be a team player with EHS, facilities and administration
  • Leading, managing and animating external/internal team, leading the necessary change actions and ensuring the transfer of experience
  • Be a player in the sustainable development of the group
  • Manage interfaces with authorities and various local organizations
  • Maintain citizen actions with local communities

Improve the performance of the Research & Innovation division of L’Oreal by putting in place favorable conditions, during construction time, to develop the value of the assets and by ensuring compliance with safety rules and sustainability policy

  • Guarantee the quality of distribution of electrical energy and fluids
  • Plan the maintenance of premises and site utilities
  • Describe permanent diagnosis, preventive and curative maintenance needed by the new facility
  • Ensure future compliance with regulations and safety instructions
  • Contribute to reducing the environmental impact in its scope of activity
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives

Manage the administrative and organizational monitoring of the project

  • Finance:
    • PO issuing according to L'Oréal internal control policies
    • Management of invoice payment
    • Opex management
    • Capex management
    • New suppliers registration
  • Establish Campus future KPIs
  • Management of campus documentation
  • Coordinate the different moves
  • Bachelor's degree and 14+ years in a Facilities management role, or Master's degree and 10+ years in a Facilities management role
  • Technical expertise on all things building and facilities management
  • Passion for an innovative, safe and high performance environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influence and conviction
  • Attention to detail and aesthetic mindset
  • People management experience leading a team
  • Project management experience managing a project from concept to completion
