Kiehl's is looking for a New York State Licensed Esthetician to work in a professional, clean and fast-paced environment while building a clientele. Positions are Part time with flexible shifts. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

If you have the experience, great technique, are passionate about massage and/or skin therapy and helping others this position is for you. We have immediate positions/shifts available.

Salary Range: $25 per hour, plus tips

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years as Esthetician
• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
• Must carry personal liability insurance
• Understand and believe in the benefits of skin care regimen
• Retail experience and comfortable selling skin care and leading with ingredients
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, fellow therapists, and sales staff
• Able to work flexible days and hours
• Esthetician knowledge of skin analysis, microdermabrasion, acid peels, galvanic, micro frequency and product knowledge.

• Esthetician knowledge of skin analysis, waxing, microdermabrasion, acid peels, product knowledge.
• Highly motivated, proactive team player – dedicated to 5-star customer service
• The therapist is expected to operate in the best interest of the business and has the autonomy to do so
• Ensuring the Customers happiness and satisfaction is of critical importance
• Communicate and partner when decisions have an impact on the business outside of their four walls
• Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift 40 pounds

o Ability to walk up/down a flight of stairs numerous times throughout their shift

o Standing & walking is required 80% of the time

o Ability to use a ladder and step ladder

o Ability to stoop, bend and squat so as to clean and stock treatment rooms, non-sales area(s) and off-site stock room (if applicable)
