Mission: Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships with market-places to grow sales and increase the brands’ online presence.

You will be able to influence internally and externally to drive sales & demand forecast, inventory planning & replenishment as well as management of customer service.

What you’ll do:

·       Be the business partner to our e-account market places by building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and turnover

·       Take lead to scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage channel growth and market share

·       Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner

·       Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partners’ sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

  • Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure marketplace sellers are supported with all promotional activity and digital marketing campaigns

·       Ensure the right presence on brands ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand pages under e-tailers and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase

  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce partners to identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales

·       Maximize supply vs. demand & online Inventory allocation

·       Take charge in forecast sales based on launch plan

·       Ensure seller supplies and manage replenishment stock to sales

·       Work with brand teams on animation proposal to ensure sufficient stock

·       Manage and handle all stock & customer enquiries for all brands

Who we are looking for:

·       4+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce, Key Account Management & Operations

·       Experience/knowledge of management of e-market places in Hong Kong (ie: HKTVAMLL)

·       Motivated and self driven with strong ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders

·       Fluent in English and Chinese
