Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN

·         Plan and execute excellent merchandising plan (A+ content of products, onsite visibility, media materials, campaign visual management) in E-com based on deep understanding of shopper insight and well-integrated with brand master plan.

·         Create or localize thematic campaigns for important sale events (super brand day, 11.11, 12.12, …) and monthly campaigns as well as daily exposure of the brand on E-com platforms.

·         Own and continuously optimize Brand E-Merchandising plan, provide Ecommerce best practices and create innovation for brand shop equity, products, onsite visibility and media visuals to uplift sell out and enhance customer experience.

·         Work and collaboration with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure A+ content and merchandising smooth execution in E-com platforms.

·         Measure and report performance of all ecommerce campaigns visibility performance, including content performance, CTR, CR.

·         Support brand team for other channels besides E-com to provide visual solutions and online merchandise optimization.

·         Keep update and analysis competitors and regional visibility best practices and post mortem of mega campaigns visibility.

Most important qualifications, background and experience:

·         Good understanding, sensitivity towards key trends in the makeup and beauty industry.

·         E-merchandiser or brand marketing background with product management or platform experience on ecommerce is a plus.

·         Experienced in designing with art creative management, visual content creator.

·         Management and Organization skills with multi-tasking ability.

·         Test & learn & fast learning with growth mindset.
