GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Supporting in driving the online business and growth of the division:
• Help drive online sales target of the division
• Support in the creation of E-trade plans in collaboration with online brand managers
• Prepare periodic business performance reports
• Support in the management of the daily mid-term and long-term interface between the client and L’Oreal
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces periodic business performance reports (Monthly E-Com Note,Top-selling SKUs, Sell-Out by Brand & Player, Market Share, Rankings etc.)
- Support in Developing best tailored E-Trade Plan by brand and Online Player
- Ensures brand execution, listings and implementations on E-retailers/ Pure Players websites
- Conducts follow-ups with stakeholders (including brand teams, distributors etc.) on different E-Com touchpoints (assets, ICFs, Line Sheets etc.)
- Conducts regular E-Market Visits by Brand by Player to identify optimizations & improvements in Assortment, A+ Content etc.
- Supports in Sharing experiences and best practices with Tribe members (CDO and Brand Teams)

- Strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
- Demonstrative skills in handling many assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
