What You Will Do

The Director, Global Marketing works to create new and re-support launches and corresponding content across online & offline consumer touchpoints. They define the 360-activation plan for their respective projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop relevant and impactful assets and guidelines, and ensuring integrated engagement across all channels.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Define development strategy for the projects of responsibility under the Derm Solutions franchise to support overall brand strategy
  • Define new product development “paniers,” create new concepts and supervise the entire development process
  • Define re-support of existing products to drive growth and support category strategy
  • Develop an integrated and 360 customer experience journey, from paid media to retail, guiding and supervising the development and country implementation of packages
  • Collaborate with Creative/Agencies to create all launch materials and develop impactful Marketing books for countries to enrich animations
  • Work closely with Zones & Drive Countries to understand their local needs and performance
  • Manage gross margin, COGs, pricing and evaluation of global forecast for product portfolio
  • Conduct extensive market research at the global level to decode consumer insights, identify trends and propose strategies and concepts

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree is required; minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in beauty marketing, including experience in international markets
  • Skincare experience preferred
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a hands-on professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, changing environment
  • High proficiency in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint is also a must
  • Ability to define brand development for the category and create concepts and strategies
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
  • Held a position on at least 2 categories/brands
  • Successfully launched and managed a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Managed challenging projects that may not have been successful

Salary Range$139,700 - $199,100
