L'Oréal CZ/HU/SK, a global beauty-tech leader with regional HQ in Prague, seeks a new key team member to strengthen our Customer Care team.

 

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be accountable for: 

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establishing personalized relationship with the key clients
  • Efficient response to customer´s requirements and following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Execute E2E process of orders, claims, disputes, returns, credit notes, refunds and proactive follow-up
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues (FC, Sales, Credit, Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance...)
  • Follow and enforce company standards of processes and policies
  • Collaborate to maintain accurate customer master data
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience 
  • Perform testings when implementing new system features
  • Owner of the Order To Cash process

 

We are expecting: 

  • Fluent Hungarian and English & Czech/Slovak a plus
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver with strong Excel skills
  • Proactive, communicative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly
