KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Consumer Engagement 

  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel engagement strategies across Media, PR, Content, and Lifestyle Marketing. 
  • Execute A&M framework, optimize budget allocation, and monitor campaign performance. Develop strategies to maximize engagement and achieve ROI targets.
  • Foster team collaboration and data-driven practices. 
  • Achieve brand ranking targets for L'Oréal Luxe. 
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment.

 

E-commerce Performance 

  • Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. 
  • Analyze performance data, research industry trends, and recommend optimizations across all platforms (U2C, 3P, e-retailing). 
  • Implement best-in-class online merchandising, UI/UX, and customer service. 
  • Manage budget allocation and drive continuous performance improvement.
