Key Job Accountabilities
  • Follow-up on purchase orders and secure orders from clients
  • Coordinate promotion activities base on the  promotion schedule
  • Prepare listing proposal for Airlines and update clients on pricing matters on timely basis
  • Interact effectively with other departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance department…)
  • Liaise with field staff and retail manager to ensure on time delivery of materials
  • Assist the team with daily administration, operations and travel arrangement 
  • Prepare analysis reports on sales, promotional activities and propose business action plans to manage

Job Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales or commercial support/back office
  • Good communication skills and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, goal orientated
  • Sensitive to the market, customer expectations and brands
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table), SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
