Key Responsibility:

-         Employee life cycle management and HR system data maintenance

-         Whole payroll cycle monitor incl. social, tax, accounting reports

-         Lead all CN entities to design standard HR service working procedure

-         Monitor compliance related procedure and documentations, with legal

Requirement:

-         Strong HR service experience with at least 10 years

-         Good vendor management skill

-         Good communication with different stakeholders

-         Be patient with daily job and procedure-driven working style

-         Fast learning skill under high-speed working environment

-         Good sensitivity on data /dashboard as well as labor cost

-         Solid leadership experience with at least 3 years

-         Has experience to handle 3000+ HC payroll for multi-entities

-         Has experience for payroll system implementation/ improvement
