Chief Digital Officer
Primary mission: build local digital and communication strategy and action plan aligned with division, zone, and cross-division guidelines. Ensures consolidated vision for Professional product division´s activity on digital to target global ambition. Be an expert and support for brands, lead the vision, and be a part for digital agencies. Manage the budget and team.
Main tasks:
Inspiration and trends:
- Maintain an understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
- Map local digital consumer path and make the strategy for categories and brands to achieve the best results
Digital media strategy:
- Tailor the global digital and media strategies to the local characteristics for the brand's local specificities
- Monitor digital and media performance, consumer engagement
- Oversee a strategic approach on media (all digital media included) support digital marketing campaigns, use learning/best practices for advice
Advocacy B2C & B2B2C:
- Leverage earned media through influencers & KOLs strategies
- Contribute to medical B2B2C activation, providing social expertise to medical team
CRM & Data:
- Set CRM LDB strategy and oversee the implementation followed by results
- Data following ad management, making decisions based on data
E-commerce:
- Contributes to e-commerce development, providing adapted digital information and expertise
- Help set up a strategy for transactional media in cooperation with brands and the e-commerce team
- Ensures appropriate commercial targets are set for D2C e-commerce activity and ensures its tracking sharing responsibility with the commercial / the e-commerce team team
Technological expertise:
- Owns platform excellence (tagging, SEO, …)
- Builds a strong partnership with Digital agencies and technological teams
YOU have:
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Project management experience is a must
• Demonstrable experience (5 years) leading and managing CRM or emailing campaigns
• Professional English knowledge
• No local language knowledge needed (CZ, SK or HU), but preferred
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Inform and motivate highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences & and devising digital campaigns that engage,
• Experience in optimizing landing pages, UX and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Great communication skills and people development focus
