As part of the WW Sourcing Excellence, the Sourcing Data & Digitization team is in charge of the sourcing data strategy, process & governance set-up as well as tool implementation for the sourcing community. The Sourcing Data & Digitization team addresses both direct & indirect sourcing domains (800 buyers) based in all zones.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN A NUTSHELL!


  • Project Manager :
    • Gather needs related to new tools implementation. This is done within the sourcing community with the help of the Zones’ and Domains’ relay (WW excellence & zone excellence teams)
    • Participate to the design of the target solution in collaboration with our IT counterparts or external partners
    • Perform first tests when the solution is delivered and coordinate key users’ testing & acceptance of the solution
    • Participate to the change management: Perform trainings to the key users, communicate when the solution is ready…
    • Manage project governance meetings (PMO)
    • Help the senior project manager of the sourcing data & digitization team to manage New SAP deployment (deployment of L’Oréal WISE system)
    • Support the senior project manager of the Sourcing Data & Digitization team on L’Oréal NEO program for sourcing. Hereunder the list of activities:
      • Target applications’ map definition,
      • Design and tests of the to-be applications,
      • Coordination of cut-over, data migration and transition phases activities
      • Manage communication to end sourcing users & sourcing management….
  • Tools Evolution & Support
    • Coordinate Run activities with “métier” Run team when applicable
    • Animate the key users/ Excellence community on the already implemented tools when applicable
    • Coordinate change request management process when required: new change request instruction, arbitration & implementation

Requirements:

  • Good level of English
  • Around 4 years of professional experienecs

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • Knowledge of the direct sourcing processes
  • Functional knowledge of SAP MM and SAP Hana is a plus
  • Great coordination skills in a WW & Complex environment involving various partners: business teams, various internal teams, external partners, IT ….
