In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). 
 With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division has maintained a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world. 

 

In CZ HUB we are the leading dermo-cosmetic category in the independent but also ecom market. We have a strong ambition to grow in the coming years and we need to be future-proof by strengthening our strategic position. It´s why we are transforming our division and looking for Omnichannel and e-commerce expertise to enrich a team of 100 employees.


A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director. In the department of 40 people, your main mission is to build an action plan to implement commercial strategy at the channel/group of accounts level, for B&M and e-commerce.

> WIN IN EFFICIENCY & SHIFT THE WAY OF WORKING: to more expert jobs

  • Build and achieve channel/group of accounts results + online channel (turnover, market share, profit) to develop the category in respect of selective distribution.                         
  • Consolidates budget and P&L, be in charge of gross margin, ensuring full compliance with the European commercial guidelines.
  • Pilots the channel's negotiation and execution by the key account team
  • Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall consumer path to purchase analysis. 
  • Drives relationship with e-accounts to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the retailers + hybrid clients.
  • Build and adapt strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverage best practices across geographies. 
  • Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy. 

 

YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

You will be able to manage, coach, and develop an international and multifunctional team of 8 Kams/eKams with very rich expertise and personal profiles and ensure HUB coordination and alignment within countries for stronger synergy.

In interaction with other departments to win all business opportunities: business Analyst, National Field Directors, Brand Business Leaders, Business Development team, supply team, CDO.
