The Mission:

The Category & Retail Development Manager plays a key role in L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty’s ambition to drive the growth of the dermocosmetic category in pharmacy by acting on multiple levers, from in-store expression to strategic pharmacist engagement programs such as Pharma Forward. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Category Strategy and trade story.
  • Declining the Category Expression Pyramid and defining Key Category Drivers by cluster and POS type.
  • Performing research and insights to define the best category management recommendations.
  • Negotiation with clients, development and execution of Category Projects.
  • Co-ordination with brand teams to define visibility and retail design projects and their execution.
  • Prioritizing strategies for visibility battles for supplier Merch.
  • Planning of Pharma Forward Workshops.
  • Pharma Board Management.
