Main responsibilities: * Develop expertise of make up and fragrances consumer; * Detect category trends, shifts and contribute to forecasts of category development; * Conduct category studies: choose optimal methodology, combine innovative and traditional approaches to research, distill key learnings and insights from the results and activate them in the organization; * Manage allocated category budget; * Take the role of adviser for marketing teams to develop their expertise and knowledge of the consumer Critical competencies: * Knowledge of key research quantitative methodologies * Ability to draw conclusions out of data (successful candidate can remember and describe several cases from his job or study background) * Good communication skills (will have to work with several teams) * Ability to set priorities * Active position in life * Innovation spirit
