9-month integration course in communications/Advocacy department (focusi on internal comms). During this trainee program you will be integrated into corporate culture, you will be able to upgrade and develop your skills in content creation, agency management and boosting digital technical knowledge. Main accountabilities: * Preparation of presentations, analytical, informational and reference materials for internal and external meetings, conferences. * Cooperation with other departments (Sales, Finances, Marketing, HR etc.). * Gathering, communication and dispatching information throughout the team. * Owned project to accomplish: Internal communications platform. Includes articles editorials, engagement generation ideas, technical agency management, analytics, content plan creation and management * Logistics: DHL management, invoice creation, send-outs packing for media and influencers * Management of one influencer marketing project * Administrative and technical assistance to a line manager and the team (5 people).
