Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

Responsibilities / Activities:

  • Contact with commercial chains and suppliers.
  • Forecast preparation, alignment, and deviation. Tracking orders
  • Coordinate the storage and replenishment of materials and merchandise (KPIs)
  • Correctly store all merchandise and materials received from national suppliers, factories, imports, subcontractors.
  • Deliver and correctly re-supply all the merchandise and materials ordered by the company for shipment to customers.
  • Carry out cyclical and directed inventories to maintain its integrity, both physically and informally.
  • Provide a correct replenishment service for all materials and merchandise ordered by the company
  • Respond for the assets delivered for the performance of their duties.
  • Comply with the replenishment times of materials for preparation in such a way that the service to our customers is maintained on time.
  • Generation of reports (Sell-in, Sell-out by chain, historical and by objectives, market trends and service level)
  • Know, disseminate, and take care of compliance with the policy of the Comprehensive Management System to all personnel under their charge.
  • Guarantee and maintain a safe environment for work, equipment, and facilities.
  • Prevent and/or control any risk of contamination to the environment, resulting from the activity corresponding to your department.
  • Comply with the Comprehensive Management System Policy
