Key Responsibility:

-         Lead and manage overall China share care program

-         Manage employee benefits, including plan review, re-design, communication as well as vendor management

-         Be responsible for EAP, Medical check-up etc.

-         Be responsible for MKT benefits survey and collect benefits needs from business

-         C&B project support and other assigned related tasks


-         Strong background in HR professional with focus in benefits management for min.8- 10 years

-         Consulting firm experience is plus

-         Fast learning skill under high-speed working environment

-         Strong analytical and systemic problem solving skill

-         Strong innovation on benefits program, self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic

-         Good vendor management skill

-         Good communication skill in both English & Chinese
