The Professional Services categories cover a wide range of services provided to multiple stakeholders in the Group's central functions and Divisions, as well as to its Top management. These categories are critical in protecting the Group's assets and interests, but also in supporting the Group's transformation trajectory and preparing future challenges:

  • The Consulting category supports and advises the Group in defining and updating its strategy, as well as its transformation and project management
  • The Legal category assists the legal teams in advising, protecting, managing risks and defending the Group's various entities
  • The Audit category contributes to the evaluation of our companies, our organization or our extended ecosystem in terms of compliance with laws, regulations, internal or external standards, contributing to the protection of the Group's interests
  • The Business Process Outsourcing category offers outsourcing solutions that complement L'Oréal's internal organization in terms of specific skills and project-based resources or enable simplification and efficiency.

The Sourcing Professional Services team supports the stakeholders (Division’s Corporate, Corporate’s manager) in their mission by setting up the right supplier panel, challenging demand, organizing tenders, providing solutions for efficiency, flexibility and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate participates in the transformation by proposing an adapted supplier portfolio, bringing efficiency, flexibility, performance, and innovation..

With the Sourcing Manager, she/he will :

-          anticipates needs

o   understands the expectations of the stakeholders and shares them with the category teams, influencing the strategy of his/her category

o   supports and manages his/her network of stakeholders, guides, and advises them, builds and develops the "One Voice" sourcing process

o   Leads the price request, negotiation, and supplier allocation process according to the performance pillars.

-          Optimizes relationships with suppliers and defines the sourcing strategy applicable to its scope:

o   manages supplier relationships and performance (quality, lead time, competitiveness, etc.) on a daily basis, and provides input to the Category teams

o   Develops benchmarks for the categories. Implements change in the market in collaboration with the category teams.

o   Provides toolkits/methodologies/catalogues (in perspective of My Market)

-          Drives global performance:

o   Proposes initiatives to improve cost, quality and agility, reduces risk and drives innovation. He/she actively contributes to the objectives of L'Oréal for the Future program’s

o   oversees business performance (budget, trend)

o   acts in accordance with internal control and ethics.

The candidate is the business partner of the DGAF, DGRH, Corporate Affairs, Divisions, R&I, DGO, CSR team.


Minimum 3/5 years experienced in a similar position with Sourcing experienced and/or having a background working in such category bringing legitimacy to his/her knowledge (law firms, consulting firms…)
