WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Playing a pivotal role across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to develop revenue management strategy;
- Developing category/customer plans aligned with brand plans and identifying opportunities for value creation by working closely with Sales & Marketing teams;
- Analyzing of brand, channel, and SKU mix, as well as trade promotions, to enhance profitability;
- Creating and fostering a financially-focused mindset within the organization, developing necessary tools and processes;
- Managing global and local analytical tools to provide data-driven insights for growth and profitability;
- Focusing on ROI when developing and implementing trade promotion strategies;
- Optimizing assortment, contributing to category management projects, and analyzing sell-out data to improve customer performance;
- Recommending optimal price positioning for brands, balancing profitability and net sales generation;
- Analyzing market data and collaborating with sales teams on sizing, co-packing, gifting strategies, and planogram development;
- Mapping product/customer information to analyze customer P&L and develop segmented strategies;
- Defining launch segments, distribution strategies, and planograms for all segments;
- Providing insights on product performance, retail trends, and shopper behavior to inform launch timings, pricing, and promotional planning;
- Developing and managing in-store execution guidelines across all channels.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience gained in FMCG companies
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
