We are looking for a Brand Communications & Community Manager to define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, brand awareness, its visibility and reputation through: 
- Advocacy strategy (all levels); CSR program (Made better); eventing (brand building)
- Social platform communications (overall content & key message of brand)

  • To promote brand as preferred brand in the market, outperforming competition by defining communication strategy, executing annual plan and build the brand advocacy, brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time
  • To prioritize launch and project in alignment with international guidelines and local business objectives while working closely with the rest of the marketing and retail team and implement integrated communication campaigns and KOL strategy on major product launches, brand events, philanthropy, charity events 
  • Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy 
  • To build strong relationship and manage influencers, spokesperson including but not limited to celebrity, bloggers and editors (both offline and online) – tailor pitches to meet needs 
  • Owner of PR events, advises on speeches, scripts; prepare interviews; analysis post launch and event
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant function such as Marketing or Marketing Communications is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications /PR in beauty, luxury retail or fashion is an added advantage
  • Ability to plan strategically for brand communications and awareness campaigns
  • Has good relationship with online media
  • Outstanding communications and negotiations skills
