· Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth, commercial and cross-category business objectives.
· Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, impressive in-store shopper activation (including GWP, PWP, minisize, activation)
· Develop shopper, customer insights via field intelligence, market intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments. (Build JBP plan for brand for each customer)
· Responsible for promotion & visibility strategy for NPD & total category from planning GTM, production to execution and evaluation.
- B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
- 2-5-year experience in Trade marketing/ Sales. Trade background is a must
- 1-2 years working in Personal Care Industry is a plus
- Experienced with Online & Offline Channels development.
- University graduate, major in Economics/ Marketing/ Business Administration.
