Assistant Retail HR Manager

- Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs for LD retail team

- Create, roll-out and evaluate high quality learning solutions, e.g. LD retail leadership and general skill training development, LRT training program

- Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers and manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers

- Facilitate retail learning events & workshop by respecting the unique learning experience

- Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business

- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency

- Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business

- Be responsible for LD retail talent management & development, including retail talent competency development

- Be responsible for retail people performance management process development and follow up

- CXE program execution and follow up


- 5 years of solid experience in the above roles

- Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

- Entrepreneurial spirit and digital/creativity mindset

- High degree of integrity, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
