- Participate in recommendations involving the department's organizational choices, developments in policy and tools for monitoring activity.
- Handle the entire mobility process in order to ensure the effectiveness of international movements over his/her area of responsibility.
- Ensure the quality of welcoming and integration for expatriates/inpatriates or their implementation by HR teams.
- Direct international mobility policy, procedures, practices and indicators (KPIs) through his/her Country HR teams, ensuring they are comprehensible and are being applied.
- Ensure the homogeneity and coherence of policy as it is applied by various managers (including aspects of pay, taxation and social security alongside the “Benefits” division).
- Identify and ensure adherence to the conditions of immigration and to the legal and social specificities of the various countries involved.
- Advise Directors of HR on international mobility.
- Control the costs of mobility and of its various components.
- Be aware of international mobility matters and bring innovations to L’Oréal.
- Manage a team by monitoring the development of expertise and skills.
