Mission: With strong ambition of e-commerce growth, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Ecommerce Manager to join our Consumer Products Division team. You will be driving our ecommerce sales by playing a e-key account management role with our e-retailers and pure players.  


What you’ll do:

·       Responsible for day to day brands activity and operations on the Pure Play platform including promotions, pricing and in-mall media

·       Delivers the Monthly and Qtly Sales Target (Sell-in / Sell-out)

·       Manage and partner with e-distributor for the success and KPI of Pure Player business results, communication and growth

·       Analyse performance data and reporting:

o   Management and reporting of data from E-commerce platforms

o   Campaign KPI tracking and consolidation

o   Ecom shelf KPI tracking

o   Ecom dashboard / scorecard consolidation

·       Enrich on-going Ecom pillars excellence: including content enrichment (e.g. PDP & store front), eJBP, assortments, traffic & data, accelerate conversion

·       Take part on projects like Regional E-commerce Campaign, new E-platforms development, AR tools and implementation

Who we are looking for:

·       3+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce/ E-Key Account Management

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Have a strong understanding and passion for the customer experience

·       Experience in using data to find insights and create relevant customer communication

·       Proactive and motivated by KPIs and reaching goals

·       Fluent in English and Chinese
