Develop an in-depth strategic watch (consumer, competition, new business models), identify the market and consumer’s major trends and market opportunities. Formalize recommendations to feed the growth strategy of the business.
• Identify and monitor competitors' activity thanks to panel analyses, determine the conditions and evolution of the market that may affect sales (competition, socio-economy, culture, demographics).
• Establish diagnostic tools for beauty market & L’Oréal brands via different parameters (consumer, selectivity, channel, brand, portfolio, category, geography, etc.), propose strategic recommendations based on these analyses.
• Establish modeling for market and business forecasting, based on all data available.
• Work with the internal clients (top management, marketing teams, category management, digital, R&I, PR, etc.) to develop their expertise and knowledge of the Chinese market and consumer. Take the role of adviser.
• Construct and communicate concise and striking messages for senior management, ensuring their integration in key decisions.
