Missions: Chargée de communication scientifique
- Accompagnement du pilotage de l’information scientifique : Participation aux groupes de travail avec les chercheurs, centralisation et analyse des informations scientifiques sur les innovations technologiques et les nouveaux territoires scientifiques.
- Développement d'assets de communications : script, présentations, vidéos…
- Interactions avec les marques : Alignement avec les calendriers des lancements et support.
- Participation à la préparation des événements et campagnes de communication ou d'évènement presse dans lesquels l’innovation technologique ou scientifique est valorisée.
Sujet 2 (1 an)
Missions: Content Creator
As part of our dynamic 4-person Strategic Planning & Communication team, you'll be at the heart of communicating how L'Oréal R&I is leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI and data science to invent the beauty of the future. Your role will be crucial in translating complex scientific advancements into compelling brand experiences. You will:
• Craft compelling narratives and immersive brand experiences: Showcase how AI contributes to greener beauty products, how tech fuels the discovery of groundbreaking molecules, and more. Manage the entire content creation process, from scriptwriting to video production, collaborating with external agencies to bring your vision to life. Translate these narratives into impactful brand experiences for both internal and external audiences.
• Orchestrate impactful events that embody the brand ‘Augmented Researchers’: Conceptualize and organize events for audiences ranging from 50 to 300 collaborators, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable brand experience. Infuse each event with the L'Oréal R&I spirit, from the initial concept to the smallest detail.
• Launch new digital products with a focus on brand consistency: Develop and implement communication strategies to introduce innovative digital tools to our research teams, driving adoption through engaging internal marketing campaigns that reflect the Augmented Researchers brand identity.
• Develop impactful brand content: Create concise and compelling documents, incorporating impactful visuals and consistent brand messaging, that position L'Oréal R&I as a leader in scientific and technological innovation. Develop a strong iconography and define a distinctive message tonality for all communications.
• Keep everyone informed with engaging branded newsletters: Design and distribute engaging newsletters, reflecting the AR (Augmented Researchers) aesthetics, highlighting new digital products, GenAI functionalities, and exciting international projects. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity in all newsletter communications.
• Unleash your creativity to enhance the AR brand: Develop disruptive video concepts that align with the L'Oréal brand image, collaborate with experts on scriptwriting, and oversee the production process with video agencies, ensuring brand consistency throughout. 💡
Sujet 3 (2 ans)
Missions: Chargé de valorisation scientifique Augmented Beauty
A la croisée des expertises scientifiques et technologiques de la R&I, vous bâtissez le dossier de performance de nos produits Beauty Tech afin de soutenir nos revendications marketing. Pour ce faire, vous chercherez à comprendre et approfondir les mécanismes d'action scientifique responsables de la performance de nos produits
Vous êtes éligible si:
- Vous préparez un Master 1/2 (Bac+4/5)
- Vous recherchez un contrat de 1 ou 2 ans
- Votre contrat démarre en Septembre
- Votre école doit être en mesure de délivrer un contrat d'apprentissage
Votre profil:
- Master en communication ou marketing
- Master Pharmacie, Biologie, Chimie
- Expériences et/ou spécialisation en cosmétique
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Bon niveau d'anglais (B2 minimum), le Français est un plus
- Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe et êtes capable de travailler en autonomie
- Vous êtes orienté résultat et n'avez pas peur de prendre des initiatives

To do this, you will seek to understand and deepen the scientific mechanisms of action responsible for the performance of our products.
You are eligible if:
You are pursuing a Master 1/2 (Bac+4/5)
You are looking for a 1 or 2-year contract
Your contract starts in September
Your school must be able to issue an apprenticeship contract
Your profile:
Master's degree in communication or marketing
Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry
Experience and/or specialization in cosmetics
Analytical and synthesis skills
Good level of English (B2 minimum), French is a plus
You have an excellent team spirit and are able to work independently
You are results-oriented and not afraid to take initiatives
