About The Role
In L’Oreal Selective Division we believe, that Influencer Marketing nowadays is a part of bigger Advocacy Ecosystem.
With Influencer Marketing at heart – the role involves also working with engaging true brand advocates to create and react meaningful conversations with consumers regarding selective products.
The aim of the role is to strategize advocacy approach, develop relevant advocacy tactics, accelerate cross-brand implementation to ensure reaching relevant advocacy KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shaping the future of divisional advocacy approach
- Owning & setting main advocacy KPIs on divisional level
- Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and tactics of advocacy campaigns
- Collaborating with group of divisional brand advocacy specialists, agencies to improve advocacy execution & deliver expected results
- Accelerating implementation of innovative advocacy tools and scaling them across all the selective brands
- Improving advocacy processes to create efficiency & effectiveness
- Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on brand & divisional level
- Owning advocacy toolkit & managing upskilling path for advocacy specialists
Your experience:
- Track record as a successful Influencer Marketing Expert (or similar role Advocacy related role)
- Innovation & performance marketing mindset to turn advocacy into a meaningful source of growth for L’Oreal Luxe brands
- Seniority – ability to present results and ideas in front of C-level pers
- Collaborative approach – ability to influence peers in a matrix structure
- Ability to manage complex, cross-brand / cross-team projects
- Polish and English skills
