Your key responsibilities will include the following:

●Strategy Building
Build, coordinate, and execute the recruitment strategy according to the areas of priority, keeping in mind the Global priorities and local relevancy
●Attract
Build local Employer Brand strategy and represent the company at events linked to recruitment.
●Recruit
Develop and ensure optimal selection process with high-quality candidate experience.
●Retain
Monitor pre-joiners closely, and ensure joining.
●Budget Management
Manage activity budget
●Projects
Global/Regional/Local talent acquisition initiative
General HR projects beyond talent acquisition
●Team Management & Collaboration
Manage and guide Team (1 subordinate + team assistant. * note that team composition may change)
Collaborate with Hiring departments, HRBP, ZONE TA and Global TA
Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
Must-Have Qualifications
●Fluent written and spoken Japanese
●Advanced level English
●Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
●Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience (in-house)
●Effective communication skills
●Experience & Openmind for Digital (to lead DX + good understanding of target audience Gen Z)
●Keen interest in Branding (events, narratives, building image among target audience)
●Ability to navigate an ambiguous, complex, and fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
●Experience of Campus Recruitment (in-house), working with ATS
●We will hire based on potential (Some aspects could be insufficient, if we see potential to develop). Job title/grade will be discussion in this case.
