Preferred educational qualifications: 

Bachelor/ Masters’ degree in Computer Science OR related technical degree OR equivalent experience 

Job location: Tokyo, Japan 

Required work experience: 

More than ~5 years of demonstrable experience managing EC/CRM system maintenance and incident resolution with multi-functional stakeholders and offshore development team. 

 

Preferred profile/ skills: 

  • Knowledge of frontend (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, API) and backend technologies such as CMS, customer database. 
  • ITIL Certification.  
  • Knowledge of Agile scrum methodology. 
  • Offshore and onsite vendor management experience   
  • Change management/ process improvement experience 
  • Logical thinking, structured communication with collaborative attitude. 
  • Business level English and Japanese (meetings will be conducted in English and Japanese) 
  • Experience of working within a global, multi-tier organisation with international stakeholders and vendors. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Siebel, Google Cloud Spanner. 

 

Job objectives: 

Monitor/improve/reinforce group solution service to make it meet Japan business/ regulation requirements by providing necessary feedback and leveraging vendor control and client management skill. 

 

Job description: 

  • Maintain running Digital platforms with close collaboration with APAC IT team. 
  • Lead coordination of incident resolution. 
  • Interpret business needs and wants into tangible and practical solutions like BA. 
  • Ensure hand-over of new function from project team to maintenance team. 
  • Keep updating knowledge base of end-to-end system work flow and keep regression test scenarios latest for automation in the future. 
  • Spoc role for information security, data privacy, and audit to bridge to respective zone/local SME/department.
