YOU WILL LEARN TO:

•Participate in international Reward projects and work streams

•Support Reward Managers in the deployment and running of the International Salary Review Campaign

•Work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems to conduct benchmarks and analyses of both internal and external market practices

•Develop and implement initiatives to engage the global Rewards Community across communication channels and platforms

YOU ARE…

• A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
• Fluent in English , and proficient in French
• Able to develop a strategic vision
• Able to have a critical thinking with strong decision-making abilities
• Confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
•  At ease with numbers and data (Proficiency  in Excel is required
• Proactive 

WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the applications - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. 

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business Interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
