Job Summary: The Maybelline Brand Engagement (Social/Influencer/PR) team in Hudson Yards, NY is looking for an ambitious, creative individual to support both the influencer and social teams, working closely to execute monthly social campaigns that fuel the business in the US market.

Job Responsibilities:

INFLUENCER:

·   Source new influencer talent & maintain influencer contact list​ on ongoing basis

·   Maintain reactive influencer engagement 

·   Maintain and utilize Traackr/Domo daily, inputting monthly Traackr spend as it relates to paid influencer campaigns 

·   Support on content partnership projects

·   Support on standard influencer agreements with legal, team and agencies

·   Manage micro influencer requests: including, but not limited to, identifying, sourcing, and contracting talent and any additional shoot logistics

·   Manage retailer Creator Deck program, working cross functionally with omni shopper team to ensure retailer requests made each month

·   Help support influencer + brand (virtual or physical) events

SOCIAL:

·   Distribute content from monthly Creator Deck (agency) influencer campaigns to respective marketing teams

·   Assist with creation of Influencer social briefs for campaigns

·   Maintain and utilize Traackr/Domo for any and all social reporting needs

·   Assist in monitoring social platforms (specifically Tik Tok) for organic brand mentions

MISC DUTIES:

·   Maintain PO/Finance tracker for Influencer/Social​: includes attaining invoices, opening Pos, tracking PO approvals and timely payments

·   Place team product orders​ for both internal and agency needs

·   Track and maintain product inventory through online warehouse portal

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Undergraduate degree completed within the last 12 months
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Interest in beauty/fashion; keen eye for trends
  • Must have existing familiarity with social media influencers
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be familiar with present and up and coming platform capabilities (ex: Tik Tok)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
