This position is responsible for driving the Training and Education strategies for IT Cosmetics and Urban Decay. This person serves as a Training and Education partner for the Beauty Advisors and the Field Sales Team in implementing training strategies, including the implementation of the Customer Experience. This role is responsible for developing content and innovatively resolving Training and Education gaps, meeting both internal and external client needs, while supporting the achievement of company objectives. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Define local education strategy, in line with local Brand activation strategy and global Brand education strategy.

·       Ensure brand message & image are successfully conveyed

·       Analyze and adapt training needs in line with market specificities and the growth ambitions of our brands

·       Constantly monitor competitors’ actions: new techniques, concepts, technologies and pedagogical approaches used

·       Design and lead training seminars and events in collaboration with the Education teams

·       Work closely with the marketing & sales team to coordinate and manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches & events

·       Foster cooperation with Sales/Marketing to enable education teams as an efficient business partner at the service of retail excellence.


Management and structure control

·       Define and analyze KPIs to manage the performance and impact of training actions

·       Build and manage the annual education budget, prioritizing and arbitrating investments by brand

·       Establish a quarterly roadmap by prioritizing brand actions in line with the brand strategy

·       Be agile in the ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously



·       Minimum 3-4 years experience in training or retail management.

·       Passion for cosmetics & luxury
