Nous avons un offre de stage (6 mois) à pourvoir en Recherche & Innovation à partir de début 2025 :
Dans le cadre de l’évolution de notre référentiel interne d’évaluation de la naturalité des MP cosmétiques, le stagiaire aura pour principales missions de :
- Faire évoluer les différents supports de formation, documents techniques, outils méthodologiques…
- Assurer la conformité de ce système documentaire vis-à-vis du référentiel de Qualité
- Mettre en place un dashboard de pilotage de la naturalité avec l’outil PowerBI en collaboration avec nos experts data
- Participer à l’upskilling des équipes pour la prise en main du nouveau référentiel
- Contribuer à l’évaluation de la naturalité de nos matières premières dans ce nouveau référentiel
Vous êtes eligible si:
- Vous préparez un Master 1 or Master 2 (bac+4/5)
- Vous recherchez un contrat de 6 mois
- Votre contrat démarre entre Janvier et Mars
- Votre école propose des conventions de stage
Votre profil:
- Parcours Master en école d'ingénieur (chimie, biologie, pharmacie, physique, matériaux, etc)
- Des connaissances en Data et Power BI
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Bon niveau d'anglais (B2 minimum), le français est un plus
- Vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe et êtes capable de travailler en autonomie
- Vous êtes orienté résultat et n'avez pas peur de prendre des initiatives
- La science et l'innovation sont source de motivation

We have an internship offers (6 months) available in Research & Innovation, starting in beginning 2025:
As part of the evolution of our internal reference system for evaluating the naturalness of cosmetic raw materials, the intern will have the following main missions:
- Update the various training materials, technical documents, methodological tools, etc. (This means revising and improving existing documentation.)
- Ensure the conformity of this documentation system with the Quality reference system. (This involves making sure the documents meet the company's quality standards.)
- Implement a naturalness management dashboard with the PowerBI tool in collaboration with our data experts. (This means creating a visual tool to track and monitor naturalness data.)
- Participate in upskilling the teams for the handling of the new reference system. (This involves training other employees on how to use the new system.)
- Contribute to the evaluation of the naturalness of our raw materials within this new reference system. (This means using the new system to assess the naturalness of existing raw materials.)
You are eligible if you:
- Are pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 (4-5 years of higher education)
- Are looking for a 6-month contract
- Your contract starts between January and March
- Your school offers internship agreements
Your profile:
- Master's degree from an engineering school (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, physics, materials, etc.)
- Knowledge of Data would be a plus
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Good level of English (B2 minimum), French is a plus
- You have an excellent team spirit and are able to work independently
- You are results-oriented and are not afraid to take initiatives
- Science and innovation are sources of motivation for you
