We  have  a  suitable  opportunity  in Ecommerce  for  the  position  of  Social Commerce Assistant Manager of L’Oréal Luxe Division, one of the fastest growing division of L’Oréal Vietnam. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee the online sales and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey on the Social commerce platform

You should have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce industry. The location of the job will be in Ho Chi Minh City and prior experience in beauty will be advantageous.                                                                                                                                                                    

You will…                                                                                                

  • Drive Social commerce targets in terms of sales value, and P&L for 2 main channels: Conversational Commerce and KOL commerce
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective
  • Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy
  • Create and maintain an Social commerce business plan: promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, operation and data ownership within ecommerce brands
  • Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners
  • Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase

You have…                                                                                                                           

  • Good understanding and sensitivity towards beauty, skincare and makeup trends.
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce industry
  • Strong Digital marketing experience, particularly in the areas of Search, Analytics, Social media and Mobile.
  • Extremely detail-orientated and able to manage multiple priorities
