What will you do?
As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will work in close partnership with the Business Division and the HR CoEs (Centers for Excellence) to attract, develop, and retain the best talent across the designated business division and functions. You will be responsible for building an enabling, meritocratic, and engaging work culture to aid in employee retention and further Create Beauty That Moves the World. You are expected to manage the following:
- Develop sharp business understanding to articulate their challenges from a business standpoint
- Anticipate talent needs and capabilities needed to drive business agenda and work with TA on a proactive sourcing strategy
- Build individual and organizational capabilities for today and tomorrow through performance management, career management and succession planning alongside the HR General Manager
- Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, positive and meritocratic work culture, and strengthen the quality of life and engagement at work
- Establish frequent connects with employees, develop proximity to understand their aspirations, challenges and work with business to find solutions and aid retention
- Diagnose business issues through data driven analyses of HR key performance indicators and anticipate operational requirements to effectively manage and communicate organizational changes
- Ensure seamless end to end delivery of full suite HR activities, acting as the first point of contact for business on people matters
- Active role in supporting key projects and overall team initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or equivalent;
- Has at least 10 years work experience in Human Resources or Business Partnering or Consulting
- Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching & developing talent
- Good project management skills and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
- A true Team Player
- A solid networker that builds strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the organisational hierarchies
- An operational champion, who masters HR operations for an in-time and error-free delivery
- Curious to learn about the businesses, and their ways of working and develop a solid understanding of their challenges and use this information to design the HR offer
- A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives
- A learner who keeps himself/herself abreast of the latest in HR to make the HR offer relevant and cutting-edge
- Process-driven and with excellent project and time management skills
- Practical and someone having a methodical approach to problem-solving
