A / General job scope:
  • Manage assigned customers to reach and over achieve monthly target
  • Coaching and manage SR , BA to have perfect execute in stores
B / Main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly target of customer in-charged
  • Ensure stock always on availability in doors as well as manage POSM
  • Working with stores leader to make sure implement all CPD activities such as: activation booth, KOL/KOC livestream, GWP in stores successfully
  • Managing stock in trade well to make sure inventory of assigned customer sustainability
  • Conduct Loreal’s ( CPD) gift to ensure do the right activities in stores
  • Identifying & acquire new potential customers
  • Cascade to SR to deploy all activities from planning to operation, make daily perfect execution.
  • Daily coaching beauty advisor staff on skin and make up product knowledge & new product launching
C/ Most important qualifications:
  • Strong passion and good knowledge in Health & Beauty Category in Vietnam. 2-3 years in Ecommerce preferred.
  • Willing to learn & learn new thing quickly
  • Analytical skills to drive P&L and category performance analysis
  • Excellent at MS Word, Excel
