THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU
- To manage and develop a number of clients from Bucharest
- Manage and maintain the relationship with customers from the allocated area to develop the business for the whole product portfolio
- Reach sales objectives ( sell in, sell out) and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the National Sales Manager
- Maintain a good collaboration with merchandisers and consultants from stores, constantly considering the optimal use of resources in the geographical area assigned
- Implement in the points of sale the recommended planograms, agreed assortment, secondary placements, and other promotional elements .
- Identify the potential and development opportunities of the point of sales in the area of responsibility, create and implement action plans meant to materialize the identified opportunities
- Together with the National Sales Manager, organize and optimize client visits and daily routes,
- Organize and optimize routes and schedule for merchandisers and shop consultants
- Build customer business using data, knowledge and resources: sales figures , merchandising , assistance technique , information on consumer behavior in different categories
- Constantly shares feedback on actions, undertaken by clients and / or competition, which can impact the business evolution. The feedback is communicated to colleagues from the headquarter (Commercial , Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (university studies) completed or in process of completion
- Experience in sales and negotiation process (experience in FMCG and IKA is an advantage)
- Valid driving license (B) and minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Good communication in Romanian and English
- Fast thinker focused on identifying and solving problems
- Client oriented and proactive with a positive mindset
- Negotiation skills
- Sales techniques
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Product, market, and competition knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (power BI is an advantage)
