THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

 

  • Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area ( Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Caras-Severin ) for a specific brand portfolio: Vichy, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe;
       Achieve the sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Identify the potential for commercial development of existing pharmacies and develop their loyalty 
  • Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationships
       Organize your routing, manage administrative data and information
  • Help pharmacies to develop their own business: sales, merchandising, technical assistance

 

Specifics for L`Oreal Dermatological Beauty 

  •  Help pharmacies to develop their own businesses: coaching, training and team motivation
  • Develop market share (sell-out) in the sector
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on the point of sales

 

             

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Studied University COMPLETED or in the process of completion
  • Experience in sales and negotiation process ( experience in Pharma or FMCG and IKA is an advantage )
  • Holder of driving license B at least for 2 years
  • Good understanding of English: both verbal and written
  • Orientation by identifying and solving problems
  • Orientation towards the client and positive and proactive attitude
  • Negotiation skills ;
  • Sales techniques ; 
  • Communication skills interpersonal ; 
  • Knowledge of products, market and competition ; 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
