A Day in the Life
As Garnier's Retail / Trade Activation expert in Dubai, you'll be at the heart of bringing our naturally-focused brand to life for consumers across the UAE. Championing Garnier's "By Garnier, Naturally" ethos, you'll work to highlight our commitment to accessible and sustainable beauty, showcasing formulas enriched with naturally-derived ingredients and our dedication to eco-designed packaging. Reporting to the Garnier Brand Director, collaborating closely with Brand Development Teams, commercial teams, and retailers to create engaging and effective retail experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your creative thinking with data-driven decision-making, shaping the shopper journey from awareness to conversion.
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel retail plans, lead trade day presentations, establish product hierarchies, and drive shopper marketing initiatives.
- Retailer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key retailers, co-create bespoke account activation plans, and negotiate successful partnerships to maximize growth.
- Shopper Marketing: Own the shopper journey, crafting data-driven strategies based on consumer insights and Nielsen data, and continuously test and learn to optimize campaign performance.
- Merchandising & Activation: Oversee merchandising for new product launches in brick-and-mortar channels, manage the brand merchandising budget, and drive shopper and retailer differentiation.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track weekly EPOS data, analyze category performance, and provide regular market share updates to Zone/DMI.
