This is why we are seeking a PM Web Optimization for the Luxe Division who will play a key role in shaping the data-driven vision and help us become the first BeautyTech company.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating our web analytics solutions and fostering cooperation within the Digital Community. Working closely with the other departments (e-commerce, CRM, Digital & Marketing), you will apply a business narrative to complex data sets to ensure that stakeholders understand the data and your recommendations.

Leveraging data manipulation and analysis you will optimize digital eco-systems as well as marketing campaigns with a focus on online customer behaviors, channel acquisitions, and conversion.


  • Build a vision and manage the development of advanced analytics solutions for the Digital and Marketing teams.
  • Develop recommendations on SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO). 
  • Define KPIs for the site’s content strategy, ensuring the collection and analysis of key data.
  • Leverage web analytics and customer data to monitor site performance against the digital marketing goals of the L'Oréal Luxe Division.
  • Introduce new ways of working and improve content quality, relevance, and accuracy through analytics tool maintenance and integration of new features.
  • Build and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards to share insights on online customer behaviors with project stakeholders.
  • Support the CDO and the digital & e-commerce teams with diverse digital initiatives and cross-functional data-driven projects.
  • Coordinate an external agency and collaborates with Digital Managers to review and test analytics tool tagging for site changes, new site features, and initiatives to ensure data efficiency.


  • BSc or MSc in Statistics, Computer science, Mathematics, or related areas of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of web management and optimization with a proven track record of improving conversion rates of websites.
  • Experience in delivering analytics solutions in fast sprints through an agile approach.
  • Strong background in web analytics and tag management tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
  • Capable of analyzing data from Google Analytics to identify correlations, develop insights and recommendations for improving our site performance.
  • Able to visualize data through clear dashboards using BI and visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio).
  • Comfortable dealing with internal clients and team members coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and finding common ground.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of front-end languages such as Javascript, HTML, or CSS.
  • Knowledge of SQL language and Google Bigquery is advantageous.
  • Fluent English (knowledge of Italian is advantageous).
  • Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship.
