Plant Human Resources Manager

The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. Plant Human Resources Manager always checks with the Compliance of Labor laws with the industry standards and also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labor Relations. Plant HR Manager work location will be Esenyurt/Istanbul. As a member of the Management Committee of the Factory, he/she will directly report to Plant Director and will report to L’Oréal Turkey Human Resources Director as dotted line. He/she will manage 2 people in his/her team.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage all HR activities for Plant employees such as recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, labor relations, communication processes
  • Needs to play a key role in forecasting the Labor Requirements and plan & manage them accordingly
  • Ensure safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit with responsible authorities
  • Attract, select and identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the Group
  • Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions
  • Conduct Group related HR projects in Plant
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver
  • Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, in particular alongside social partners, and strengthen the quality of life in the workplace
  • Manage a team by monitoring the development of expertise and skills

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a factory exposure
  • Labor Management experience is a must
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
