Full - Time

As Customer Care Specialist you will:

  • Be the privileged interlocutor of clients within the Customer Care and ensure the complete execution of the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery.
  • Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages, and work both internally and with the client in order to limit its impacts.
  • Record, analyze and follow up the disputes situations (complains, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution.
  • Return process management.
  • Stay in touch with the Credit Manager in order to identify any credit risks and to implement adapted corrective actions.
  • Support the design of the information architecture.
  • Achieve budgeted indicators.
  • Participate to the training of new collaborators and transfer his/her knowledge and know-how of the job.
  • According to the organization, participate to the implementation of projects in collaboration with the clients (ex: information sharing, stock levels optimizations, SAP and efficiency related projects etc.)
To succeed in the role you will need:

  • Experience in customer service and logistics areas;
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish in written and oral;
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software;
  • Experience in “SAP” data base system will be an advantage;
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills;
  • Flexible availability to clients and able to adapt to their requirements;
  • To be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with a high attention to details.
